Washington Crossing Senior Living Facility was a 2-phased project, totaling 92-senior independent and assisted living units. With underground parking throughout, two elevators, commercial kitchen, common area space, and working with the South Dakota Department of Health on assisted living, this project covered it all! This is one of our favorite projects as the Veldhouse family own and operate this facility over multiple generations.
